The ptosis clamp is used during ptosis repair to grasp or clamp the levator tendon between the Mullers muscle and the superior tarsal. The Medicon Berke Ptosis clamp can be used to hold the muscle during ptosis surgery.
The serrations are along the inside of the 20mm long tips to prevent slipping

For use in ophthalmologic procedures to turn the eyelid and expose the chalazion within the eye for drainage and removal. The Medicon Desmarres chalazion forceps features two tips, one in the form of a solid, oval disc and the other as a oval ring. The solid disc is applied on the skin side and ring on the conjunctival side of the chalazion and press together to assist in fixing the chalazion during incision and curettage.
